Terms of Service

5. Indemnification

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8. Data Integrity and Loss

9. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

Our Service may be offered on a subscription basis. A subscription provides a temporary and revocable license to access certain features and does not constitute a contractual obligation for perpetual service. You are solely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your use of the Service. All payments are final and non-refundable. 11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in the specified jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be administered by a recognized arbitration institution pursuant to its prevailing rules.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
